Quinoa Oat Cookie

These cookies are always a hit! They are great for breakfast ,make a big batch on the weekend and enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack all week.

1 cup oats
1 cup cooked and cooled quinoa
1 cup any nut butter
1/4 chocolate chips
2 tablespoons honey or agave
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt

Add ingredients together, stir in chocolate chips and shape them to desired shape and size. bake at 350 for 12 Minutes. Enjoy
