Mango Lassi

I have always loved a good mango lassi! They are usually very rich and decadent and are a rare treat, I wanted to make a lighter version that you can enjoy all the time! Mango's are sweet, tropical and really good for you. One cup of fresh mango contains 100 calories, 3 grams of fiber and your daily need for vitamin C. Like ginger and turmeric cardamon is anti-inflammatory making this delicious drink amazing for you!

1 fresh ripe mango cut into cubes (about one cup)
1 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup plain almond milk
a dash of ground cardamon


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on a high speed until smooth, pour into two glasses and add an extra dash of cardamon. Enjoy!
